Well it's about time I put something up huh?

  1. You know when your life is just spinning out of control when you forget everything that you used to do regularly.  I really don't like working 3  PT jobs, but what can I do?  I really need a full time job but  have not been successful getting one.... hmmm   If you know what I feel, cuz you are in the same position then, this is a meal for you.  It gives you courage to face the world.  Not really but it makes me feel better.  All the ingredients are good for you, they keep you from getting sick, especially with the weather doing crazy stuff, hot then cold, rain , ice, snow, wha........  I hear coughing, sniffing all around me, really scary.  I am so prone to getting Pheumonia.  That's why I try to eat everything  that will support keeping me healthy.  So far I have been well....  Curried Meat Stew      
  2. 1/2 cup diced onions
  3. 1/2 cup celery sliced
  4. 1lbs hamburger
  5. 2-3 tbs minced garlic
  6. 1/2 cup frozen peas
  7. 1/2 cup diced potatoes
  8. one packet chicken soup( I used ramen packet) 
  9. 1 cup water 
  10.  In a large pan saute onions,celery then add hamburger to brown, add garlic , potatoes,
  11. 1 tbs tumeric, cummin, curry powder, to taste cayenne pepper, and ginger and pinch of cinnamon
  12. add soup and water just  until you have enough gravy
  13. add heavy cream or milk enough to make nice gravy color about 1/2 cup after it is warm taste and season if necessary serve over rice or mashed potatoes, or pasta, or inside tortillas, or even bread.  Eat it and enjoy!
