- 1 onion diced
- 1 stock celery diced
- 1carrot diced
- 1 potato diced
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne to taste
- 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 pad butter with enough flour( about a tbsp. or so until grainy like cornmeal when mixed with fork)

Burger and vegi's
You know some days you just don't know what to do and for me that's today. I asked Kimmy what should I make for dinner? ... no answer.. I went back 5 minutes later...no answer.
